Reporting an error

Email editorial@kakobuy.news with the word Correction in the subject line and the page address. Include what is wrong and, if you have it, the receipt, rate card screenshot or courier notice that shows the correct figure.

What happens next

Our testing team checks the claim against our order log, retained samples, invoices and the agent or courier's current published terms. Straightforward errors — a wrong fee tier, a mistyped weight, a misread delivery date — are fixed and marked at the foot of the page with the date and a one-line note.

When we disagree

If our record supports the original figure, we explain what we hold and, where it helps, publish the relevant excerpt of the order log. Disputed scores are handled by the editor-in-chief, who was not the reviewer on that page. Corrections never change a score quietly: any score change is dated and explained on the page itself.
